30 Minute General Reading

Here states the outline of our disclaimer when placing a booking or participating in your appointment, you agree to the following:

That you understand that an intuitive reading is in no way a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or spiritual counseling and treatment.  Starseed Mariposa will always urge you to seek appropriate care for mind and body.  As psychic readers we do not wish to have authority over your life, your self-understanding or your future. Starseed Mariposa strongly urges you to be your own healer, your own best advocate.

That you understand that our readers, or any intuitive, cannot guarantee 100 percent accuracy of any statement and that I do not include or guarantee predictions of the future in my practice. I always urge people who come to us for services to have the authorities in their own lives. No psychic, medium, intuitive, or other counselor can tell you what to do or tell you who you are.  Intuitives, psychics, and mediums and other such practitioners can be wrong, can interpret material incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates, or only partly communicates, what they are seeing, sensing, hearing. Remember that intuitives encounter complex symbols, feelings, tastes, sounds, images, memories, and so on, which they  then must rapidly translate into human language.  Error is possible.

That you understand that you may receive information that you may consider unpleasant, painful, or emotionally difficult.  We often encounter, pain, loss, grief, embarrassment, and other types discomfort when facing psychic, conscious or unconscious material.  Intuitives may encounter this material.  If you DO NOT wish to encounter this material, I urge you to seek another type of reading with another intuitive. 

That you understand that any mention of a person in your reading living or passed, fictional or real, takes place within the dome of your energy, your mind and your consciousness.  I cannot and will not read for a person who is not present.  However, I accept that relationships are central to our lives and that other people’s names or images may arise for you in the reading. By participating in a reading with me, you accept that I am not reading another person’s life, personality, disposition, action, or activity past, present or future. Your reading is about your thoughts, opinions and feelings and any mention of another person is never to be taken as objective truth of that person’s life, disposition, personality, or activities or actions. 

That you understand that our sessions are completely confidential and that neither you or our readers will publish any part of the session.  Please note that Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Dropbox, email, texts, another digital platforms may not be completely confidential in themselves and use of these platforms does entail certain risks.

That you accept that we encourage you to record your reading and that we can also record the reading and send it to you. You understand that neither our readers nor you will record without permission.

Legal Statement:

By having a reading with us you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Daneesha Escobar (Owner of Starseed Mariposa) and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with our Psychic Readers. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against the Buisness Starseed Mariposa and any person associated with Starseed Mariposa as a result of Starseed Mariposa readers actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Starseed Mariposa and all persons associated with Starseed Mariposa from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims.

That you agree that you engage in this reading at your own risk.

Thank you for understanding that our tribe could not conduct a business wherein we must speak freely without this disclaimer.  We (Starseed Mariposa) strive to work ethically, to treat people with respect and dignity.  We also understand that my style of reading is to be very free, open to spirit, to unconscious influences, and that we may use language that you may misunderstand or dislike.  We strongly urge you to seek an intuitive with whom you feel comfortable, whose style resonates with you. If we are not a good match to your energy, it is my wish and hope for you that you find exactly the right fit with a person who can help you blossom!
